Our "Day Of Coordination" is perfect for couples who enjoy planning and designing their weddings but want someone else to handle the wedding day logistics. We will review your vendor contacts and prepare a scheduled itinerary as the big day approaches to make sure everything is in order. We will also prepare a wedding day itinerary that will be sent to everyone participating in the wedding and confirmed prior to the wedding date.

We will assist in providing vendor recommendations, creating event concepts and designs, develop a planning timeline and budget, provide advice on etiquette, save the date and invitation services, contract negotiations, logistics planning assistance and unlimited phone calls and emails with our consultants.
Diamond
If you need preliminary guidance and assistance throughout your planning process our "Diamond Package" is for you. We will assist you with your already great idea for decor and design, logistics and provide a monthly checklist. In addition, a few months prior to your wedding date we will schedule a meeting to discuss the wedding day itinerary. We also contact all the vendors and take care of any last minute details.
Sapphire
Sit back and let us do it all for you! If you simply do not have the time to plan your wedding or would rather just focus on the bliss of other aspects of your wedding our Sapphire package is for you!
This our all inclusive premium wedding planning package and includes all the service in both the Diamond and Pearls packages, plus exclusive RSVP tracking, mailing of invitations, luncheon assistance, tux return, and assistance with rehearsal dinner.
